Success story
Three shoe brands, one catalog, and hosting that scales for the rush
Marmi Shoes
Marmi runs three storefronts from one catalog tied to its back office; PeakBeyond has worked with the Marmi team since 2017 and leads its e-commerce today — moving hosting, launching a second brand storefront, upgrading the platform onto scalable infrastructure and keeping coupons, tracking and opt-ins in step.

The Challenge
Three brands sharing one catalog, each needing its own identity
Marmi sells women's footwear through its stores and three online storefronts, all drawing on one catalog connected to the back office.
Sharing a catalog kept operations simple but diluted each brand online: one storefront had no product feed of its own, and filtered URLs and shared category names worked against search rankings.
Underneath, fixed-size hosting had to carry both quiet weeks and promotional peaks, while coupons and discounts weren't reaching the back office correctly, tracking numbers weren't flowing back, and marketing opt-ins captured in store never reached the email platform.
The Strategy
Separate the brands where it counts, share everything else
PeakBeyond's approach was to keep one catalog and one back-office connection — the operational advantage — while giving each storefront what it needs to stand alone online: its own product feed, its own landing categories and search names that don't break the back-office category mapping.
For hosting we moved from a fixed server to an environment that scales up for launches and peak shopping days, with dashboards and alerts so the team can see it happening.
On the back-office connection we pushed for correctness over workarounds: coupons imported as line items mapped to real back-office items, discount calculation fixed at the source, and two-way marketing opt-in fields with timestamps, including opt-ins taken in store.
The Solution
New hosting, a second storefront and a connection that reconciles
PeakBeyond leads the work across the hosting, development and integration partners, keeping one catalog and one back-office connection behind three storefronts.
- Moved to infrastructure that flexes — Relaunched the main storefront on new hosting, then sized and moved to a scalable environment for the platform upgrade, with dashboards, alerts and the ability to scale up for promotions.
- Gave each brand its own presence — Launched the second brand storefront on the same platform, with its own shopping feed and permanent search landing categories whose names don't break the back-office mapping.
- Made the back-office connection correct — Coupons imported as line items mapped to real back-office items, discount calculation fixed at the source, end-to-end card tests and tracking imports.
- Joined up marketing and the stores — Two-way marketing opt-in and opt-out fields with timestamps, including sign-ups taken in store.
- Cut the errors out of ordering — Address autocomplete and verification across all three storefronts, automatic billing address capture, and a cookie consent audit for privacy compliance.
Shared where it helps and separate where it counts, so each brand competes on its own terms without a second catalog or a second back office.
The Results
Each brand stands on its own, on infrastructure that flexes
The address verifier was working correctly across all three storefronts in August 2026, cutting the manual order corrections that address errors used to cause.
The second brand now has its own shopping feed and landing categories, so it competes in search on its own terms while still sharing the catalog and the back office.
Hosting scales for launches and peak shopping days instead of being sized for the average week, with the platform upgraded and patched before the holidays.
Three brands, one operation — and a peak season the infrastructure can grow into.
Marmi and Vaneli, on one platform
Each storefront has its own brand; one catalog, one set of integrations behind them.
We've had an E-commerce website for 5+ years and it wasn't until we teamed up with PeakBeyond that we really started optimizing our E-Commerce channel. What I love most is their vast knowledge on all things E-commerce. Our sales volume would not be where it is today without the help of PeakBeyond, and I couldn't wish for anything more from a partner.
